Successful MOC Initiatives

It’s easy to become overwhelmed by the large amount of work required to implement a new MOC platform. 

• Conduct a “gap analysis” to understand the current state and what work needs to be done.
• Conduct redesign activities. The gap analysis will lead to the development of a redesign project plan. 
• Implement the redesigned system.
